Simple Meditation Technique for the Healthy Entrepreneur

Healthy entrepreneur

In the latest Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, entrepreneurs score higher than other workers regarding being worried and stressed out. Are you one of those entrepreneurs that neglect their health to reach a business goal? Is it worth it?

I really hope your answer is no and that you agree with me that nothing is worth your health.

One way to take good care of your health is to bring more calmness into your life. You could do so by using this simple triangle meditation technique. It works like this: You think of a triangle and breathe in while you count to six and imagine going up the triangle, then you hold your breath while you count to six and imagine going down the triangle, and finally you breathe out while you count to eight and imagine going left on the bottom side of the triangle.

Simple Meditation Technique

You can do this for as long as you feel comfortable and then notice how you feel afterwards. Even doing this for just one minute, could have a great impact on you.

I believe a fit and healthy body is your greatest asset and I hope this technique can assist you with becoming a calmer entrepreneur as well as more creative since meditation can increase creativity.
